• Provider Intake form: Company name, contact email, inventory details, and regions served.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If analytics are enabled, we use privacy-first tools (such as Plausible) that do not collect personal data or use cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to:

• Respond to your allocation or provider listing request
• Match you with relevant infrastructure providers or enterprise buyers
• Follow up on your inquiry via email or phone

4. Data Sharing

We may share your requirements (hardware type, region, timeline) with providers in our network to source availability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your contact information with providers without your consent.

5. Data Storage

Form submissions are processed through Formspree (or equivalent) and stored securely. We do not store credit card or payment information.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing allocations@gpusupply.ai. We will comply within 30 days.
